How it works
Before we dive into design, I’ll have you fill out a simple questionnaire to gather key details about your business, brand vision, and website needs. This helps ensure we’re aligned before design week begins.
Then, we’ll have a prep call where we’ll go over your goals, clarify your direction, and finalize the game plan—so when the week starts, we hit the ground running with a clear strategy in place. 🚀
Over the next few days, we’ll have multiple Zoom check-ins to review designs together, make real-time tweaks, and ensure everything aligns with your vision. While every project flows slightly differently, here’s what you can typically expect throughout the process.
Day 1 - Branding
We kick things off by crafting your brand identity—designing your logo suite, colour palette, and font hierarchy—and bringing it all together in a 1-page brand guide. By the end of the day, you’ll have a polished, professional brand with all logo files exported and ready to use.
Day 2 - Website design
With your new branding in place, we’ll design your website pages, incorporating your visuals and content for a cohesive, strategic layout. By the end of the day, your website should be fully designed and approved by you, ready for development.
Day 3 - Website Build
Time to bring your website to life! We’ll take the approved designs and build them into a fully functional Squarespace site, ensuring everything is mobile-friendly, easy to navigate, and optimized for SEO.
Day 4 - Launch
If you’re ready to go live, we’ll connect your domain and officially launch your site! We’ll test functionality, fine-tune details, and wrap up with a custom training video so you can confidently manage your new website.
